Overview
The Knowledge section allows you to organize, view, and manage all the files uploaded to your knowledge base. These files are essential for enabling Email Personas to respond accurately and confidently by providing context and relevant information. You can easily access features to manage folders and files.
Steps to Manage Knowledge

Accessing Knowledge:

Navigate to the "Knowledge" section from the left-hand menu.

Viewing Files in a Folder:

Select a folder to view the files it contains. Each file will display its name, type, upload date, and status (e.g., processed or not).

Renaming Folders:

Click the options menu (three dots) next to a folder name.

Select "Rename" to update the folder name.

Editing Folder Contents:

Select a folder and use the file actions menu (three dots next to each file) to perform the following:

View: Preview the file contents directly.

Download: Save a copy of the file to your device.

Delete: Remove the file from the folder.

Creating New Folders:

Click the "New Folder" button to create a new folder.

Give the folder a meaningful name to reflect its contents.

Uploading Files:

Use the "Upload From" button to add files to a folder.

Supported sources include your computer, Google Drive (including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides), or OneDrive.

Best Practices
- Keep Files Organized: Use meaningful folder names like "Sales" or "ProductA" to make content easy to locate.
- Regularly Update Files: Ensure uploaded files are current and relevant to maintain accurate AI responses.
- Check File Status: Use the file status indicator (green, yellow, red) to ensure files are processed successfully.
By managing your knowledge base effectively, you enable your Email Personas to craft responses that are accurate, consistent, and grounded in the information you've provided.
