Overview
The Workspace section in Eloquens AI allows you to manage your team, roles, and workspace settings effectively. With tools to add members, edit roles, and track invitations, you can maintain a well-organized and collaborative environment.
Workspace Features
Updating Workspace Name:
- Select your profile picture (upper right corner)
- Select Settings
- Navigate to the "Workspace" section in settings.
- Click the pencil icon next to the workspace name.
- Enter a new name and click Update to save the changes.
Managing Members:
- View a list of current members, including their names, email addresses, and roles.
- Use the three-dot menu next to a member’s name to:
- Edit Role: Update the member's role to Admin, User, or Owner.
- Delete Member: Remove the member from the workspace.
Inviting New Members:
- Click the Invite Member button to send invitations to new team members.
- Enter the recipient's email address. You can only assign role as user. You can promote the person to Admin role after they have joined the workspace.
- Pending invitations and their statuses (e.g., Accepted, Pending) are displayed at the bottom of the member list.
Tracking Invitations:
- View all sent invitations, including recipient emails, status, and timestamps.
- Resend or revoke invitations as needed.
