Email Persona

Workflows
In Eloquens, Workflows are automated processes that manage and execute email communications based on predefined rules and triggers. These workflows are closely tied to Email Personas and are designed to streamline your inbox management.
Knowledge
Knowledge refers to the collection of files and documents you upload to provide context and information to the Email Persona behind your workflow. This feature allows you to "ground" your Email Persona with specific information, enhancing its ability to generate relevant and accurate responses in your Workflows.
Conversations
In Eloquens, Conversations are threaded email exchanges that occur between your Email Personas and your recipients. These are ongoing communications is part of your Workflows.
Statistics
